Beginners Yoga

Never tried yoga before? This is your perfect starting point. Our beginners class is designed to be gentle, friendly, and completely judgement-free. You will learn the foundational postures, basic breathing techniques, and the core principles of yoga — all at a comfortable, easy pace. No experience, no flexibility, and no special equipment needed. Just show up and we will take care of the rest.
Monday to Friday - 06:00 am to 07:00 am

Family Yoga

Yoga is even better when you share it. Our family yoga sessions are a joyful, relaxed space where parents and children can practice together, move together, and grow together. These classes strengthen family bonds while introducing kids to the wonderful world of yoga in a fun and nurturing environment. A beautiful way to spend a morning with the people you love most.
Monday to Friday - 07:30 am to 08:30 am

Women's Yoga

A safe, warm, and supportive space created exclusively for women. Led by our experienced female instructor Shameera, these sessions are thoughtfully designed around the unique needs of the female body and mind. Whether you are looking to build strength, find balance, manage stress, or simply take some time for yourself — this class is your sanctuary. Available both in the morning and evening to fit your schedule.
Monday to Friday - 09:00 am to 10:00 am & 05:00 pm to 06:00 pm

Advanced Yoga

For those who have already walked the path and are ready to go deeper. Our advanced sessions are open exclusively to certified yoga practitioners and challenge you with complex asanas, intensive pranayama, and deeper meditative practices. Taught by Kabeer himself, these classes push your boundaries and elevate your practice to its next level.
Three time a week - 11:30 am to 01:00 pm

Trainer Certification

Do you dream of sharing the gift of yoga with others? Our one-year certification program is a comprehensive, in-depth course that trains you to become a confident, skilled, and certified yoga instructor. Over 37 of our graduates have gone on to teach professionally — many running their own successful studios. Classes run every Saturday morning, making it accessible even for those with a busy week.
Saturday - 06:00 am to 08:00 am

Private Sessions

Sometimes one size does not fit all. Our private sessions are tailored entirely around you — your goals, your pace, your schedule, and your body. Whether you are recovering from an injury, preparing for certification, or simply prefer personal attention, Kabeer will design a practice that is uniquely yours.
